De esos fondos de las provincias solo distribuyeron el 7 por ciento. En segundo lugar, hicieron una distribuci\u00f3n de esos fondos de manera discrecional e ilegal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A finales de agosto fue sancionado por la C\u00e1mara de Diputados el proyecto que obligaba al Estado nacional a transferir a las provincias de manera autom\u00e1tica y diaria los fondos de ATN.<\/p>\n<p>El entonces reci\u00e9n designado ministro del Interior, Lisandro Catal\u00e1n, hab\u00eda anticipado que el Ejecutivo rechazar\u00eda la medida, mientras que la confirmaci\u00f3n lleg\u00f3 el pasado jueves con la firma del veto presidencial.<\/p>\n<p>Los ATN representan el 1 por ciento de la masa coparticipable que se recauda por tributos federales.
