justify;\">Al cumplirse 13 a\u00f1os del \u00abGolpe de Tim\u00f3n\u00bb, el llamado que hiciera el Comandante Eterno Hugo Ch\u00e1vez, el 20 de octubre de 2012, en Portuguesa se inauguraron obras ejecutadas por el poder popular organizados en comunas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El gobernador Primitivo Cede\u00f1o junto a su esposa, el equipo de comunas, poder popular, puso en funcionamiento el CPT El Esfuerzo en Villa Araure de la comuna A\u00f1o Bicentenario y dio por inaugurada la cancha deportiva en Durigua Vieja en Acarigua de la comuna Vencedores Socialistas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destac\u00f3 que en la entidad fueron ejecutados 1231 proyectos ejecutados en las \u00e1reas de educaci\u00f3n, deporte, electricidad, vialidad y manejo integral de las aguas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los mismos financiados por el Consejo Federal de Gobierno, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Alcald\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La entrega de las obras forma parte de la jornada nacional, liderada por el presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, denominada El Obrat\u00f3n que surge del resultado de\u00a0 diversas Consultas Populares realizadas, promoviendo la participaci\u00f3n activa, democr\u00e1tica y protag\u00f3nica en la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos que buscan solucionar problem\u00e1ticas colectivas y garantizar una mejor calidad de
